What 100 days looks like

What runners say

What is a run streak?
A run streakis running at least one mile (1.61 km) within each calendar day, for consecutive days. The United States Running Streak Association formalized the rule in 2000. Today hundreds of thousands of runners track personal streaks — from a few weeks to multiple decades.
